“Discrimination, Bullying & Harassment Prevention” is a training add-on designed to prepare seafarers to meet the 2026 STCW amendments to Table A-VI/1-4 (IMO resolution MSC. 560 (108)). The course equips participants to recognize unacceptable behaviours, apply company and international reporting procedures, and contribute to a respectful, inclusive, and safe working environment at sea. Through practical guidance on intervention, support skills, and reporting channels, seafarers learn how to prevent and respond to harassment, bullying, discrimination, and violence on board in compliance with international maritime standards.
